You will coach the teams through hands-on experience with several lean and agile methods, practices, and frameworks
You will be working with teams that have different maturity, skills, and needs and you have no problem to deal with them
You will be facilitating ceremonies, teaching teams how to work with the tools and practices they have chosen, mentoring people to develop an agile mindset, coaching teams to understand how they can achieve autonomy and continuous improvement through self-organization and be an effective agile practitioner
You will challenge the people's status quo daily and you must be comfortable to do it, with respectful and candid feedback

You will also be part of a growing and global agile coaching team, which is agnostic about the agile methods, practices, and frameworks. We believe there is no silver bullet to solve all the challenges.
You have at least 5 years of experience with more than one team working with Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
You have analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
You have facilitation skills from ceremonies, regarding a single team or scaled teams.
You have knowledge about product backlog management, so you are able to work closely with product managers in order to help them to maintain and share a product vision with the teams.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Certifications or accreditations like CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, CSD, PSD, KMP, Management 3.0 would be a plus.
